  1. The compressor frame and pressure containing parts are dimensioned and produced to the specific requirements that may apply to pressure tanks, materials, movements, lifting and transportation to platforms and not the least surface treatment.

 

  1. The control system is designed and manufactured in accordance with project requirement and specifications, either fully integrated with the plant’s own control system or alternatively as a standalone system. The PLC is sourced from pre-qualified vendor.

 

  1. Pipe systems are dimensioned and manufactured according to the project’s piping specification whether it is low-temperature titanium or carbon steel. The instrumentation is delivered in accordance with project standard. Only nominated and pre-qualified suppliers of instruments, pipes and fittings are used. The same applies for instrument cables, cable trays, cable marking and clamping.

 

  1. Project management and implementation is done by a dedicated project department whose task is only to work with energy related projects. The implementation is done by using modern tools such as AutoDesk Inventor and Once, which includes structure, P & ID, Instrument, and data sheets. All data is obtained from the same database thus facilitating consistency in the values.

 

  1. Electrical installation, motors and heating elements also comes fully in accordance with project specific requirements whether it is a safe area, zone I or II.

 

  1. Document handling is also accomplished through modern and efficient document management systems that can easily be adapted to the different project’s systems.

 

  1. The assembly, mechanical construction and testing takes place in modern facilities with the necessary equipment so that when the finalized product is ready for shipment, it is mechanically complete and fully load tested with the control system.
